On Monday, we left Virginia Landing RV Campground on our way to Jimmy and Regina's farm (where I grew up), between Richmond and Williamsburg.

| It probably is not obvious when you don't have the perspective of driving a big rig, but... the public road for about 5.5 miles into the campground was *very* narrow. Thankfully, we only met a UPS package truck on our way in, and no one on our way out (especially glad that we did not meet another RV!). |
Our journey took us over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel:

| They are doing construction on both the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (building a parallel tunnel so there will be two lanes each way) and on the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel (I think to make it 3 lanes in each direction with an additional shoulder lane that can be used at rush hour- I'm not certain what they will be doing with the tunnel). |

We arrived at the farm mid afternoon and have gotten settled in -- we have a lot of to-do's to complete while we're here, so we're hoping to get started on them and get them knocked out soon!
