We finally tore ourselves away from Nevada and the beautiful Water Canyon area on Friday morning.
A couple of last pictures from Water Canyon:

After stopping to fill up on diesel before we left Nevada, we started up US 395 into California.

We had scheduled a Harvest Hosts stay on a ranch near Janesville, CA.
 |
On our way to the ranch, there were sheep out on the road. We couldn't seem to get by them for a while, they seemed to think Gracie was herding them.

 |
At the ranch, we were greeted by several of their dogs... this one wanted to come in to visit!
