It was a long day of driving on Sunday (from Joplin, MO to Albuquerque, NM), but it leaves us a shorter drive for Monday and we are **ready to get home**!!

We listened to Harvest Bible Chapel (out of Chicago) and MacArthur Blvd Baptist Church (MBBC - out of Irving, TX) via LiveStream while we were driving -- it happened that we passed the exit MacArthur Blvd (in Oklahoma City) while we were listening to MBBC!

You might know you're in Texas if the gas station has "Larrupin Good Food" (although we didn't try any of it).

You also might know you're in Texas if the water tower is on a bit of a lean! (in Britten, TX)

We had figured that if we made it as far as Tucumcari, NM, we would be halfway from Joplin to Mesa... so any further we made it would be that much shorter a drive for Monday. We weren't sure that Albuquerque (800 miles) was do-able, but, we got the bonus of an extra hour (driving from Central to Mountain time zone), so we made it -- to the west side of town too! We have about 400 miles left to get back to Gracie in Mesa. Did I mention that we are READY TO GET HOME!?!?!?
