When we were filling with gas at Costco, there was a pink Cadillac waiting in the fuel station with us!

We visited friends for dinner -- the decorations on the tree across the street were really amazing.

On the RV service front... we had 6 items that we wanted to get accomplished while here. They let us know on Wednesday that they would not be able to complete the body work we wanted done, so we were down to 5 tasks. They got 2 completed on Wednesday (installation of new heat pump and weighing), parts were ordered for two of the other tasks (replacement awning controller, slide gasket). The weather on Thursday cooperated so we could test both the heat and the air conditioning on the new heat pump. On Friday, the Texas state inspection was completed and the replacement awning controller arrived. Carl installed the replacement awning controller and we've tested it and all is working well. So, as of now, there is only one task remaining -- replacing the slide gasket. The gasket is supposed to come in on Tuesday -- so... maybe we'll be done by the middle of next week!
