Although we thoroughly enjoyed our time around Dallas, it was time for us to move on, so we headed out on Monday to go south toward Conroe, Texas.

Miss Kitty decided to engage in one of her two favorite activities (washing) on the front dash as we were driving down I-45...

... and then she subsided into her second favorite activity (napping).

We made it to Thousand Trails Lake Conroe, found a site, and we are settled in for a couple of weeks.
