Monday...

On Monday, we headed into town to get some supplies for additional wiring on the solar panels, stopped at Carl's Jr for hamburgers (they did not give Carl any discount for sharing the same name!), drove out to the gathering area of the Safari Treks to see if there was anyone there (they had completed their gathering on Sunday and there were only 4 rigs left), and then to Tyson Wells to walk around the shops.

Carl was impressed by all the bare-headed mannequin heads!

We talked to an electric bike seller for a while -- his bikes were very interesting, but we are still thinking that we will be waiting before thinking about purchasing them.

Then we walked over to the big tent to just see if there were a couple of vendors in there that we were hoping to get information from. We found one -- we may be stopping by Henderson's LineUp in Grants Pass, Oregon, later this summer. The other two -- one had a booth but no one was there, and the other was listed in the program as having a booth, but another company was in the space where they were scheduled to be -- so we didn't get to see them.

On Monday evening, the Blue Bird group was scheduled to have the Prime Rib dinner (originally scheduled for Tuesday, but moved to Monday due rain prediction for Tuesday) -- and we had signed up to join them. Their camping location is about 5 miles away, so we drove over...

The sunset was brilliant on Monday evening:

The sun on the hills to the east was beautiful...

... the sun was peeking out under the clouds.

It got more and more gorgeous as the evening went on:

The Blue Bird group was so welcoming to us... so... on Monday, we visited two of my "previous owner groups" - Safari Trek and Blue Birds. We are now "some other brand" (aka SOBs) with both groups!
