Saturday around Apache Junction

On Friday, we left Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument and arrived at Superstition Sunrise RV Resort in Apache Junction, AZ.

Saturday, we had a lot of to-do's and got started early, heading to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription (unfortunately the pharmacy did not open until 10am on Saturday so that had to be revisited later), picked up a shipment of our mail which had accumulated since mid-December (a large box!), stopped at a health food store looking for a supplement that I need to get (they did not have the one I wanted), shopped at Costco to pick up a number of items (with seemingly hundreds of other people), went with friends to a memorial service for an amateur radio friend of Carl's, back to the pharmacy to get the prescription, after a nap out to Helzberg to get jewelry inspected, and finally got supper at Oregano's. We had planned to stop for more shopping at Walmart but decided that could be delayed until early in the week.

Art, husband of Dianne, sharing at her memorial. Lots of Hams (amateur radio operators) there.

Pretty evening sky and palm trees as we returned home to Superstition Springs after a busy day of to-do's getting to-done!
