For blog readers, you may or may not know that Carl has not been an Apple fan... he was an early adopter with an Apple II computer back in 1980, but he did not like it when Apple changed from open-system to proprietary, and he has gone with other products since then... until now...
He decided that he would like to have an iPad and asked to get one for Christmas, so...
