We met Jim and Sandy at Virginia Landing a couple of weeks ago. They were going to be moving to an RV park near Williamsburg, so we decided to get together again -- on Wednesday they came up to the farm to visit.

| Especially when there are two or three playing together, they are engaging to watch. |

| This is a sight I don't often see -- you may be able to see that there are two calves nursing from that mama cow - her own calf is beside her on the far side, and a milk-poacher is nursing from the back! A little after we took this picture, the poacher moved to the cow's side, and she turned her head and sniffed and realized he wasn't hers! She immediately sent him on his way - no more poaching on her! |

It was so nice to get to spend some time with Jim and Sandy and get to talk with them some more. We hope that our paths will cross theirs again in the future!
