Tuesday around Wells

We went in to Wells on Tuesday to pick up our mail at General Delivery at the Post Office, and to put fuel in the Jeep...

... after completing our tasks, we stopped at a place in Wells where there is a "California Trail" marker and some information boards... we thought we might see wagon wheel ruts but... if they were to be seen there, we didn't see them...

... but we had a beautiful view of the snow covered mountain south of town.

On the way back, we stopped to take a picture of a roadside mile marker -- Frontage Road 428, in Elko County, mile 7.00.

Back at the rig, Carl started on one of his projects -- to replace the filters in the seven-stage RO system...

Replaced filters with the used ones ready to be thrown away. This is a once-a-year project.

Carl has a couple of other "larger" projects he hopes to get completed before we leave Wells in a week! Hopefully we'll have pictures to show!
