Some last pictures from around Crescent Bar

We are leaving Quincy and Crescent Bar on Monday morning, heading further east... a few more pictures that we had taken over the past few days that I had not yet posted...

We stopped at an overlook at the top of the hill before coming down the road to Crescent Bar -- looking north...

... looking south (this was a few days ago when the Vantage Highway fire had just started) -- it appears that the fire is being controlled at this point (https://inciweb.nwcg.gov/incident/8303/). The area across the river is a wildlife area from what we've read.

On the multi-use path that is below our campground - riding toward the basalt cliffs to the south.

Those cliff faces are so majestic!

We stopped at the county campground just down from where we're staying and talked with a fellow about the bike rack that he has on the back of his motorhome for his e-bikes. He took a picture of us with our new bikes along the side of the Columbia River.
