One day this past week, church members from Jimmy and Regina's church came to harvest collards:

| The collards are covered with a fabric that helps to reduce the number of bugs that would get to the plants. The covers are removed for picking. |

I think I heard that 130 pounds of collards were harvested and distributed to a local area food pantry!
