Time to weigh-in

Jimmy weighs the "beasties" across the road about once a month... today was the weighing for June... but we didn't get pictures of that process. However, we were here for the early May weighing and I haven't posted those pictures yet...

In May, they were resting under some trees and not very interested in coming along - we enjoyed the views as we looked for and found them...

Grain encouraged them to get into the handling system.

One-by-one they got on the scale.

Some of them took a while to stand still enough to get the weight.

After the weighing was done, they got turned out to a new pasture area...

 

And got a little more grain

They seemed to appreciate the grain, and weren't too disturbed by the weigh-in!
