Movin' on up to Shipshewana

We drove up to northern Indiana on Monday, stopping in Shipshewana for a couple of nights.

Carl charged the freon in the dash air conditioning when we got to the campground.

While he was checking in, the lady at the check-in counter told Carl that the park was pretty full because of a horse show going on - the rig on one side of Gracie...

... and the rig on the other side of Gracie.

There is a draft horse show at the arena across the road from the campground.

Miss Kitty has to work *very* hard on days that we drive, helping us drive by staying securely under the driver's seat. When we stop, or when we get to the campground, she seeks out "sustenance" to make up for missing the frequent feedings throughout the day to which she is accustomed!

We had dinner at Das Dutchman Essanhaus (https://essenhaus.com/). They normally have a buffet, for which Carl was hoping, but we settled for a "family style" meal which was very good... we definitely overate! It reminded us of the delicious food that Regina made for us at the farm!
