On Saturday evening, Steve and Shay cooked dinner for the family at Scott and Kristen's house. Steve and Shay are currently "house-less" as they are awaiting closing on their new home, and had to be out of their rental by the end of August.

Afterwards, we enjoyed a fire in Scott and Kristen's portable fire pit in the back yard. The weather has cooled to more fall-like temperatures and there were NO mosquitoes joining us around the fire pit! Makings for s'mores were available too!
So good to spend time with family.
