First... I have an odd picture:
You may wonder what this is a picture of! |
It is a picture of the area behind the back wall of the under sink cabinet in the kitchen. Why did I take a picture behind the back wall of the under sink cabinet? Well... we were looking for the toaster, which used to be stored in the under sink cabinet. It is red, and is large enough that it can't really "hide", so I couldn't figure out where it could be if it was still under there. I wondered if it may have gotten accidentally pushed over the wall (the wall doesn't go all the way up to the countertop and things *can* fall or get placed back there), but *looking* over the wall requires contortions that I didn't want to attempt, so... take a picture with your phone and let it do the looking for you!
Turns out I had stored it in the very deep cabinet *above* the sink, and we found it a few minutes later, after we stopped looking under the sink.
Monday was the last day that Kim and her girls would be in the Phoenix area. They had to check out of their hotel in early afternoon but had a late night (early Tuesday morning) flight, so we picked them up and did some errands and had a last day with them before they left.
We were amazed by what a nice patio setup they have! |
We have heard from a neighbor that the renters have decided that they like the resort so much that they have purchased their own lot for use in future years - and have themselves rented their new lot out for this year.
We headed out to a Chinese Buffet restaurant that we like for a late lunch, and afterwards stopped by Costco briefly (get fuel, and meet up with a pastor to pass off a Perspectives workbook that he will be able to use in an upcoming class this spring), and then made our way to a playground for the girls to get some outside time, fresh air, and activity before they needed to go to the airport.
Kim enjoyed the fresh air and activity too! |
The girls on the playground equipment. |
We had a good last day with the girls before dropping them off at the airport for their flights back to Tennessee.
