Some of our neighbors at NIRVC

Some of our neighbors at National Indoor RV Center (NIRVC):

On Thursday and Friday, we have noticed that a Tesla parks in the spot across from where we are parked -- "fueling" at the electric hookup. We are guessing that it belongs to one of the folks who work here (or maybe an owner).

On Saturday, Carl was outside when the owner of the Tesla parked it across from us. Carl asked if it was true that the car was the "loaner" for folks here getting service... the fellow said, "Oh, is that what you've heard?" Carl said, "So, you fuel up here?" and he said yes, and that it was a good thing because he doesn't have a place to plug it in where he lives! Seems a bit short sighted to get an electric car that needs to be plugged in and not have a place to plug it in where you live... but... I guess if you have a place to plug in where you work, it doesn't matter!

While we were doing our water softener project on Friday, we noticed a HUGE "Super C" drive by. When we went walking later on Friday, we saw another one in the back of the lot. Usually Class C RVs have van fronts and are relatively small RVs (23'-30'). They generally have an over-cab sleeping area. Recently, there have been more "Super C"s built, which are on a truck chassis and can be larger - like up to 40'. But, this Super C appears to be on a heavy duty truck chassis and has a tag axle - 43-45' long.

We couldn't really see any brand name on it - Freightliner (the chassis manufacturer) on the front...

"Performance Motorcoaches" on the side...

"Show Hauler" on the license plate.

It seems that "Performance Motorcoaches" is a dealer in Texas that may specialize in handling Show Hauler motorhomes.

They appear to be all custom built, and look like they are probably more durable than the typical motorhome construction!
