We arrived at Viking RV Park in St Lunaire-Griquet, NL (Newfoundland and Labrador) on Wednesday late afternoon. We got checked in with a planned stay of 5 nights, dumped Gracie's tanks. Water's Edge Campground did not have sewer hookups nor a dump station -- first time we've experienced that at a serviced campground. We are fine camping for about 2 weeks using our tanks, but we're not fond of driving with collected grey and black water -- extra weight, and smells come up inside sometimes. It was nice to get the tanks dumped so we have reset our "2 week tank timer" (a virtual timer).
As you saw from the pictures of icebergs and bergy bits that we posted yesterday, it was rainy as we were driving here...

... unfortunately, that has not changed. View out our side window (in front of our computers, so this is our current view).

View out the window beside the computers...

"View" out the fogged front window.

Note that fogging of the front window was an issue as we drove too --
our cabin air conditioning system would not take any freon when we tried
to recharge it a few weeks ago. We figured that we would not need air
conditioning for a couple of months, and could turn the generator on and
use the roof air if needed... but we didn't consider that the defogger
uses the a/c too... I can't remember when we have needed a defogger on
the rig while we're driving! Thankfully there are fans that blow air up the windshield
from the front of the dash, and that resolved the fogging as we were
driving.
We thought about heading out to get a hot lunch, but decided that being warm and relatively dry in Gracie was preferable -- and we have plenty of food in the freezer and can use the convection/microwave to provide ourselves a hot meal.

I decided to get laundry done -- I usually do the wash onboard if we have a sewer hookup, and theoretically I could do one or two loads here since we'll probably dump before we leave on Monday,

Carl was interested to find this relic in the laundry room!

So, we got some things done around the rig and are still hoping to get out and about!
